Talk with Lithonia Lighting

Bring us the lighting question behind the product search

Plans, mounting conditions and control goals help us route your request to the right project conversation. A useful first message explains the room and the decision still open, whether that is glare control at workstations, color quality for merchandise, ceiling access for a driver or zoning for an occupancy strategy.

Requests are organized by application, destination market and project stage. Naming the design, bid or construction phase helps us identify the documentation that can move the conversation forward.

For time-sensitive requests, include the required response date and whether the team needs selection guidance, a quotation or available IES/LDT information.

Updates

Follow project guidance on LinkedIn and review technical notes in our Blog. Please use the form for quotations and documentation requests.

Do not send confidential building-security information through the initial form. Our team can establish an appropriate follow-up route when protected project files are necessary.

Tell us what needs to be decided

Include application, mounting height, ceiling type, target CCT and CRI, dimming protocol, quantity and schedule when known. For a photometric question, attach the room geometry through the follow-up channel. We do not treat a form submission as final engineering approval.

For renovation work, mention existing apertures, circuit voltage, accessible plenum depth and the control wiring already present. For new construction, a reflected ceiling plan, room finish assumptions and intended sensor zones make the first review more specific.

Responses depend on market, product configuration and documentation availability. UL, CE and RoHS applicability must be confirmed for the exact item and destination. Published L70 lifetime is a lumen-maintenance projection under stated conditions; ambient temperature, driver life and maintenance practices also affect service planning.

A reply may identify additional calculation or mock-up work. Final quantities and spacing remain the responsibility of the project design team and must be checked against local code, emergency-lighting requirements and the authority having jurisdiction.
